Who you’re contracting with
- Haymarket Media Group Limited (England, no. 00267189), Bridge House, 69 London Road, Twickenham, TW1 3SP.
- Sometimes a different Haymarket group company operates a brand/site—check that site’s terms.

- Part 1: Website Terms (using Haymarket sites/apps)

- Part 4: General Terms (apply to all the above)
PART 1 — Website Terms
- Acceptance & changes: Using the site = you accept these terms. Haymarket can update them by posting new terms (last updated May 2023).
- Other policies: Privacy Notice + Cookie Policy apply.
- IP & content use: Materials are owned/licensed by Haymarket. Personal use only; no commercial use, copying, editing, or redistribution without written consent.
- Prohibited use: No spam, illegal/offensive content, viruses, rights infringement, reputational harm, data mining/scraping, or auto tools (bots/spiders) without consent.
- User content: You grant Haymarket a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence; you must have rights and indemnify Haymarket if you breach. They may remove content and disclose your identity for IP/privacy claims.
- Software: Only use under its licence.
- Linking: Allowed if fair/legal; no framing, endorsement implication, logo use, or linking from offensive sites. Haymarket can withdraw permission.
- Trademarks: Haymarket’s marks/domains can’t be used without consent (other than fair reference).
- Registration/security: Keep details accurate; keep credentials secret; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Disclaimers: Site is “as is”; no guarantee of accuracy/availability; you should use antivirus; Haymarket not liable for third-party sites, ads, or shopping via links.
- Suspension/indemnity: Access can be suspended for breaches; you must indemnify Haymarket for losses caused by your misuse.
- General: Part 4 also applies.
PART 2 — Promotion Terms
- Applicability & changes: Apply to free prize promotions; Specific Promotion Terms may add/override. Haymarket can change terms; material changes—will try to notify.
- Eligibility: Usually 18+, GB or NI residents; further criteria per promotion. One entry per person/household; no automated entries.
- Entries: Must be received by closing date; Haymarket not responsible for lost/incomplete entries.
- Rights: Haymarket may cancel promotions or substitute prizes of equal value; no purchase required unless stated.
- Data: Entry = you’ve read Privacy & Cookie policies; data may be shared with the promoter.
- Winners: Aim to notify within 30 days; must claim within 14 days (or shorter if stated) or an alternate winner may be chosen. Odds depend on eligible entries. Decisions final.
- Prizes: Delivered within ~6 weeks unless otherwise stated; non-transferable, no cash alternative; extra costs/taxes usually excluded; date-specific prizes fixed.
- Publicity: Haymarket may publish winner’s name and county (UK). You can object via [email protected], subject to regulator requirements.
- Liability: Haymarket not liable for losses except where law requires. Part 4 also applies.
PART 3 — Subscription Terms
- Contract formation: Your order is an offer; contract starts on Order Confirmation date (Commencement Date). Terms may change; material detrimental changes—Haymarket will try to notify; you may cancel.
- Payment: By card/direct debit/invoice per the instalment schedule. Late payment may incur fees/interest and recovery costs. Prices exclude taxes; business customers can’t set-off and must gross-up for withholding taxes.
- Multi-user: You supply authorised users’ details; you confirm lawful right to share data; you can add/replace users for a fee.
- Individual: Provide your contact and payment details.
- Marketing (B2B): Haymarket may use your business name unless you opt out.
- Renewal & cancellation: Auto-renews yearly unless cancelled at least 30 days before the Renewal Date. Consumers can opt out of auto-renew anytime and cancel after the first Renewal Date with pro-rata refund for unused period.
- Price increases: At renewal—greater of 3% or RPI (March). Other increases require 90 days’ notice; you can terminate before they take effect.
- Cooling-off (30 days): Cancel within 30 days from Commencement Date with pro-rated refund. Exception: If digital content is delivered/streamed immediately with your consent, cooling-off ends when access starts.
- Minimum term: 12 months unless cancelled per the terms. Refunds only as specified.
- Delivery/access: Keep postal/email addresses current; access to digital content not guaranteed uninterrupted. Format/frequency may change with notice; you may terminate if adversely affected.
- Loss/delay: Not liable for delays due to payment failure or events beyond control; lost print issues replaced.
- Offers: May have codes, limits, and closing dates—must be quoted.
- Content rights: For your own/internal business use; don’t share outside your organisation.
- Data protection: Per Privacy Notice. Part 4 also applies.
PART 4 — General Terms
- Entire agreement & precedence: These Terms control over any others (including your terms). If a different Haymarket group company is your counterparty, references to “Haymarket” mean that affiliate.
- Liability limits: No liability where no duty/foreseeability or where your actions increase loss. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.
- Non-consumer/business users: No liability for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or indirect/consequential loss. Subscription liability capped at fees paid per Subscription Year. For free services (website/promotions), no liability unless prohibited by law; for paid services, yearly cap = fees paid that year.
- Governing law/jurisdiction: English law; courts of England & Wales (consumers in NI/Scotland may use local courts).
- Miscellaneous: Headings don’t affect meaning; no waiver by delay; rights are cumulative; no assignment by you; severability applies.
