Naprosyn Tablets provide the same powerful pain relief as other Naproxen tablets but feature a special coating designed to help protect your stomach. Naproxen belongs to a group of medicines known as Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and is used to relieve pain and inflammation in a variety of muscle, joint, tendon, and bone conditions.

Because Naproxen is stronger than over-the-counter NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen, it is only available with a prescription.
